Monster Energy Is Cited For Reported Deaths

CNBC – Five people may have died in recent years after drinking Monster Energy, a popular energy drink that is high in caffeine, according to incident reports recently released by the Food and Drug Administration. The reports, like similar filings made with the F.D.A. in cases connected with drugs or medical devices, do not prove a link between Monster Energy and the deaths or health problems. The records were recently obtained under the Freedom of Information Act by the mother of a 14-year-old Maryland girl who died in December from a heart arrhythmia after drinking large cans of Monster Energy on two consecutive days.

I feel like if you’re voluntarily drinking something that’s nutritional label reads…

… you have to expect that it can’t be the healthiest thing in the world. I mean anytime you’re receiving 100% of your daily needed value of anything in a one 8oz drink, it can’t be good.

So drinking nothing but these for 2 consecutive days will most certainly lead to death. Im no doctor, nor have I played one on tv. Im just making the best educated guess. Something apparently this 14-year old girl should have. If she couldn’t realize this shit was hazardous and her mother was too dumb to realize it too, well then, she had it coming. I’m surprised the two of them made it 14 years together with that kind of combined knowledge.
